Patient participation Group

patient survey

The Riverbank patient participation group was formed in 2005 .Our members take an active interest in healthcare which gives you, the local people a say in how services are planned, developed and evaluated, as well as developing good working relationships with all the GP’s and staff.

Our members get involved in practice consultations and carry out surveys to seek your opinion on various issues and endeavour to facilitate change where possible to improve services.

We meet at the practice on a regular basis and are always seeking to recruit new members. Why not come along and if you like what we do then consider if you would care to join. Meeting dates are posted on our news board.

The patient group is delighted to announce that on Saturday the 28th of March, the practice will be holding an open PPG group meeting. This is to welcome and promote new and existing patients to come and join the practice participation group. The meeting will be held at 10am, if you have any questions please call our Data Clerk Arron on 01623 844421.
